Be proud of what you build

Cap­mo was foun­ded with the visi­on to revo­lu­tio­ni­ze the enti­re con­s­truc­tion indus­try. This spi­rit forms the cul­tu­re and self-cla­im of the com­pa­ny. Also as an employ­er. Out of the strong belief that dif­fe­rent skills, peo­p­le and paths shape the big pic­tu­re, the cla­im was born: be proud of what you build.

Based on this, the new employ­er bran­ding focu­ses on this chan­gea­bi­li­ty, fle­xi­bi­li­ty and indi­vi­dua­li­ty, trans­fer­ring it into a strong visu­al lan­guage shaped by the employees and their paths them­sel­ves. This is how an employ­er brand is crea­ted that is mani­fold, fle­xi­ble and clear.
