Living with Grün­der­zeit Flair

Homes are as cha­rac­te­ristic as peo­p­le. CAVI offers housing units from reno­va­ted pro­per­ties to refur­bis­hed apart­ments in Germany’s capi­tal. In doing so, the cha­rac­ter of each house is brought to life through an inde­pen­dent visu­al iden­ti­ty. Tog­e­ther we rea­li­sed three uni­que pro­jects, of which we would like to pre­sent Vik­to­ria here. 

Vik­to­ria is set direct­ly bes­i­de Kreuzberg’s green oasis, the Vik­to­ria­park in Ber­lin. We desi­gned a sys­te­ma­tic and fle­xi­ble design both in print and digi­tal reflec­ting the Vic­to­ri­an flair of the buil­ding, trans­port­ing facts and the fee­ling of urban living.
